A. Carbonation generally slows the rate of alcohols absorption
B. A sweet taste can hide the taste of alcohol
C. Caffeine helps keep the person aware of how intoxicated he or she is
D. all of the above
Answer:
B. A sweet taste can hide the taste of alcohol.
Well I mean answer A could be right but that would mean every soda would slow the rate of alcohol absorption as well. So I would think that question would be asked first about soda’s before energy drinks. I think energy drinks wouldn’t be brought up in the conversation if A was true.
As far as answer C caffeine doesn’t help keep the person aware of how intoxicated he or she is.
So basically we would say use energy drinks as to get some energy. Since alcohol is a downer if you’ve been tired all day from a long day of work or whatever mixing energy drinks with your drink will help provide you a pick me up or help you from calling it a night to early.
I think whoever drinks alcohol on a social bases has tried alcohol with energy drinks but if you haven’t its not a bad idea to try when you have had a long day.
For us energy drinks with certain alcohol taste amazing. It taste like if you were to mix your drink with juice or soda more or less. Not as sweet but it tastes great. Obviously it depends on the energy drink.
Mixers:
For example vodka with red bull taste great if you’re a vodka drinker. Gives you that energy and its not to sweet. Or whisky with a red bull energy drink taste great as well. We’ve also tried monsters with vodka and whisky. It doesn’t taste as good, its a little weird of a taste but still not to bad.
You have to also see what whisky your mixing with cause like bourbon whisky is a little to oaky or has bit to much of its own taste to mix with energy drinks. Bourbon like most people would know is often times better drank alone.
Or you could stick to your other mixers that won’t provide you any energy like cranberry juice with alcohol is a popular one.
Cranberry juice when mixing with alcohol will make your drink sweet. A-lot sweeter than an energy drink. But it is a good mixer with vodka.
Orange Juice- is also very sweet and good with vodka don’t think its good with any other alcohol. But this is a good one because it disguises a-lot of the taste of alcohol.
Coca Cola or Pepsi- Would say are good with Rum, or whisky. We are not to advance in the drinking game to know what else it is good with. But soda will be less sweet than orange juice and cranberry juice. But it taste great. One of our favorite mixers. And you will be getting some caffeine just not as much as an energy drink. So you’ll be getting some energy.
Conclusion
As far as mixers those are the basic ones we know about. I mean obviously there’s a bunch out there but these are the most basic we believe. Also remember the theory the sweeter the mixer or the sweeter the drink the more of a hangover you will have supposedly. So which of the following is true about energy drinks and mixers? A sweet taste can hide the taste of alcohol.
Well energy drinks provide more than that but you know that’s the answer with multiple choice. Be sure to try your drinks with energy drinks we think they are amazing mixers. Any questions, or comments let us know, we provide some energy drinks in our vending machines.
